If you accidentally get it wrong, or you change your mind or any other reason, we will not ask any questions for a full refund.
We check each order every day. If something looks strange or it probably will not work we will get in touch straight away.
If we can find a better solution, we will edit your booking. If not, no problem.
Just email us any time after your order and ask to cancel within 7 days using this guarantee and we will happily refund and cancel your booking.
Last Minute Orders - 24 hours
We will happily refund any orders placed less than 7 days from your event for a period of 24 hours. (unless it has already started, then you are just being cheeky!)

All bookings made online are guaranteed. We have every single item catalogued and tagged so we know exactly what is in stock and not in stock for any day – No more double bookings!

Production, Sound, lighting
All of our production equipment such as sound systems, effects lighting, video and screens are hired on a per day basis and usually set up on the same day as the hire date. if required for multiple days, you will need to rent for the entire period.
Furniture, Décor and Food
We deliver and collect any bulky goods Monday to Friday (except holidays) if there is a safe location to store them.
Our team may deliver or collect earlier or later if another booking overlaps outside of your paid rental term on some occasions.
To ensure your hire continues for multiple days, you must hire and pay for all the full rental term required.
You may pick up and return your hire from our warehouse Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings except for public holidays.
We will set a convenient pick up time with you during the course of your booking.
By default our 1 day rental term is 2pm to 10am the following day. This allows us to pack up, collect, clean and service before the next booking. Yes we can usually allow earlier deliveries and pick ups to suit your event!
1C/152 Winnellie Road
We are located on Winnellie Road, near Hook Road (Darwin Showgrounds end) at 1C/152. Our entrance is on Winnellie Rd, sharing a car park with Vystan Interiors.
If you can see Sydney Tools, we are directly behind them.
Google Maps show our entrance down a private driveway to other sheds, this is not correct, we enter directly from Winnellie Rd.
We accept Visa and Mastercard for online payments.
The card is processed externally via Stripe and we do not receive or record and card details on this site. It is a secure and encrypted transaction by one of the biggest card merchants in the world.
If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard for payment we can send an invoice with our bank account details. We can manually confirm these bookings during regular office hours, please contact us on 08 8989 1767 and we will put a manual confirmation in place for you. (48 hour duration)
Our invoices are sent to the email address supplied in your booking. You will receive a Tax Invoice for each payment with a total paid and balance required including due date at each step.
We also send follow up reminders before your payments are due.
We do not charge or hold deposits. There is a booking charge of 20% payable on the booking date. This is applied to your booking total paid and is not refundable.
This amount can be applied to a future booking if we are informed of cancellations more than 14 days from the booked delivery date.
The total amount of your hire including delivery charges where applicable must be paid no later than 7 days before your first delivery date.
Covid Conditions re payment. If any booking must be postponed due to a local government order preventing the holding of an event, you can postpone to a new date within 6 months of the original booking with no change in fees.
IMPORTANT - Event attendees, family, friends or presenters from interstate or overseas locations unable to attend my event is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure travel arrangements are fully compliant with current restrictions and a booking can go ahead as planned and agreed. .
Our insurance policy only covers the goods in our possession in our warehouse or in transit. It does not cover any items at any third party location.
It may be covered by your house and contents in certain circumstances or by your venue.
Insurance for equipment at your event is your responsibility and damage or theft of equipment is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
We carry public liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation insurance. Our policy can be emailed to you if requested.
Online bookings with a minimum 20% payment received are booked. Our booking system will not let anybody else hire this equipment once this payment is made.
Items in your cart may still be booked by other parties if you do not complete your transaction even if your cart page is open.
